Male Multiple Orgasm Techniques
By male multiple orgasm, we mean the ability of a man to have two or more orgasms without a rest period in between. In addition, it is the ability of a man to sustain an erection between orgasms.
The secret, for most men, lies in the ability to have an orgasm without actually ejaculating. Studies have shown that it is possible to have a full orgasm, complete with rapid heart rate, muscle contractions and the sensation of ejaculatory release, without an actual ejaculation.
Many eastern cultures have been aware of this phenomenon within men for years, as evidenced by their historical tantric literature. In fact, studies in the US as far back as the 1930's have documented it and the famous Kinsey studies discuss it in detail.
There are several methods by which men can become multi-orgasmic. Try each technique to find the one that suits you best. It is important to note that each of the techniques below requires pre-development of the PC Muscle.
The PC Squeeze
Again, it is important to understand that you MUST develop your PC Muscle before you can accomplish this technique. Once you have your PC Muscle developed, the technique is actually quite simple and extrordinarily pleasurable.
Begin masturbating and slowly bring yourself to full excitement. When you reach the point just before you will normally ejaculate, clamp down hard on your PC Muscle for about 10 seconds, taking a very deep breath, then continue masturbating.
If performed and timed correctly, your body will orgasm and you will feel as though you have ejaculated, but the squeeze of the PC muscle will have prevented actual ejaculation.
You can continue masturbating in this fashion as many times as you like, though beginners are advised to bring themselves to actual ejaculation shortly after having a non-ejaculatory orgasm.
Shorten The Down Time
In this approach, we seek to shorten the refractory period (the "down" time men normally experience between orgasms). This shortens the time it takes to become aroused again after a full, normal ejaculation.
After your first ejaculatory orgasm, apply a warm, moist cloth to the genital area. Make sure you apply the cloth to the testicles as well as the penis itself. Keep the penis warm for several minutes, rewarming the cloth if necessary. This will stimulate the blood flow throughout the region and should considerably shorten the refractory period.
During this time, it will also help to massage the perenium with two or three fingers. This helps to stimulate the flow of semen throughout the channel.
